One-to-one advisory for managers and entrepreneurs — grounded in three decades of research, teaching, and consulting across four continents. You define the agenda. You decide what it's worth.
Book a 45-minute sessionI am a professor of management and entrepreneurship at UM6P — Africa Business School, which I joined after a 36-year career at ESSEC Business School in France — one of Europe's leading institutions. Over those decades, my research on organizational identity, entrepreneurship, and managerial innovation has been published in journals including Organization Science, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. I co-authored The Soul of the Corporation (Wharton School Publishing) and received the MIT Sloan Management Review Richard Beckhard Memorial Prize. In 2021, Thinkers50 named me among 30 influential management thinkers worldwide.
My work has never been confined to the classroom. Over three decades, I have trained and advised hundreds of nascent entrepreneurs — from first-time founders refining a business idea to growth-stage teams navigating scaling challenges. I founded ESSEC Ventures, a pioneering center that provided training, coaching, and seed financing to entrepreneurs in the ESSEC community.
I have also advised companies on business strategy, organizational design, and management issues, and led numerous management development programs for executives across industries. I served as Dean of SolBridge International School of Business in South Korea and was a member of Morocco's Special Commission on the Development Model (CSMD) appointed by King Mohammed VI.

Navigate mergers, pivots, organizational design, and strategic repositioning. Get research-informed guidance on the decisions that shape your company's future.
Choose a 45-minute slot that works for you on my Calendly page. Include a brief note about what you'd like to discuss.
We connect via Zoom or Google Meet. I listen carefully, ask probing questions, and share honest, research-informed advice.
Take your time to process the conversation. There is no obligation and no pressure — only insight you can act on.
If the session was valuable, send whatever amount feels right through my Ko-fi page. No minimum, no invoice, no awkwardness.
I believe good advice should not be gated by price. Whether you're a first-time founder in Casablanca or a seasoned executive in London, the session is the same: my full attention and the best guidance I can offer.
After our conversation, you decide what to pay based on the value you received and the means you have. That's it.
